Perce Harpham - Basic Universal Income & BIEN Network

Inequality is getting increasing attention from Pope Francis through to the OECD. At Connolly Hall on Wednesday April 29th at 5:30pm Perce Harpham will update his presentation on reducing inequality with a Universal Basic Income and different taxes to finance the UBI. There will also be a presentation from a group who have formed to set up a New Zealand Chapter of the Basic Income Earth Network, as outlined by Guy Standing in his presentation on the Precariat Charter.
